About Upbeat Therapies

We are very pleased to now be working out of our beautiful little treatment room in Hayes, Bromley. The room allows for a more luxurious treatment with heated blankets and a full massage bed.

I can take cash or card payments.

​

I am happy to treat men, some of my longest standing clients are male.  However, any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.  

I am a professional Therapist and ALL my available treatments are listed on this website!

If you are unable to travel to the room in Hayes, I do still do home visits when required.  I usually cover the areas in and around The London Boroughs of Bromley and Croydon.  If you are outside this area and would like a treatment, please get in touch to find out if I can come out to you.

About Lorraine

Hi, I am Lorraine, a Holistic Therapist who is passionate about supporting people's health through alternative treatments and encouraging a happy, healthy way of living for my clients.

I studied for over a year at the London School of Reflexology with over ninety hours of case study/practical work, projects on Pathologies, Anatomy and Physiology and Health and Safety practices. 

 

All Reflexology courses are NOT alike and I am somewhat despairing of companies offering two day courses!

and I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists who are responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in their Membership.  

​

I hope to encourage an understanding of the benefits of relaxation and the effect that stress can have on health. 

​

As well as working as a Holistic Therapist I am also a mother of two children, a Yoga Teacher and a (non-evangelical) vegetarian.
