Yoga Teaching

I originally began practicing yoga nearly 30 years ago and have attended numerous different styles of class during that time. 
In 2015 I began to practice Ashtanga Style yoga with Tim Steel and have been his student ever since.  I qualified as a 200 Hours Yoga Alliance Prof. Yoga Teacher in 2021 and have been teaching small classes at the Yoga Feeling studio in Hayes for some time now.  
My aim with the classes is to instil a real understanding of the fundamentals of yoga asana practice, to build strength in the body to enable students to move on in their practice (if they wish) to begin hand balances, headstands, handstands and all the fun nonsense!  Small classes allow me to adjust students and to see exactly how to develop each individual's practice.
I am a body positive teacher who believes that yoga is for everyone regardless of size, age, gender, ethnicity or sexual preference.  Everyone can benefit from practice.
